  Found this store to have a ridiculous policy on new lawn mowers. They have you sign a form that says you cannot bring the mower back to them if there is a problem with it. A No return form. The individuals that serviced the mower prior to me taking possession and helped load it were both helpful and courteous. One of their people attempted to tell me they don't make anything on a mower so they cannot afford to take returns. To me that equates to "We do not back the products we sell". I informed this person I can buy this same mower for the same price at Lowe's and CAN return it if there is a problem. I would recommend not supporting this store and go to a reputable store where you can get fair treatment on any major purchases and buy with confidence that should a problem arise you can depend on support from the selling agency.
